Because of the handcrafted nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. Our artists take great time and care in designing unique, one-of-a-kind pieces for you. When a customer purchases an original item, it becomes unavailable to all other customers; therefore; it is imperative that we keep that in mind when shopping.

Exception to this policy: If your item arrives broken upon delivery, please send photos of the damaged item within two (2) days of receipt to: shoponline@vickiesearrings.com , and we will discuss a refund and/or selection of a replacement item.
